Krav
Maga
Israeli combat system designed for real-world self defense. No katas, no rituals—just practical techniques that work when you need them most.
What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga (meaning "contact combat" in Hebrew) was developed for the Israeli Defense Forces. It's a tactical self-defense system that combines techniques from boxing, wrestling, judo, aikido, and karate.
Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga has no sporting component. Every technique is designed for real-world effectiveness—neutralizing threats as quickly as possible while minimizing risk to yourself.
Our classes focus on practical skills: how to avoid dangerous situations, how to de-escalate confrontations, and how to protect yourself and others when violence is unavoidable.
